Batch 01 pre-order
When you pre-order, you are reserving a piece from our first factory run. Garments are cut and sewn after Batch 01 closes, then shipped together.
- Production & dispatch window: about 5 weeks from the end of the pre-order window.
- Free cancellation: cancel anytime before your order is dispatched for a 100% refund.
- Tracking: you get a tracking number the day it ships.
We only close a colorway after its real 100-piece Batch 01 allocation is fully reserved — that is our factory's minimum dye-batch size.
After delivery — 30-day returns & exchanges
- Damaged, defective, wrong size we sent, or embroidery errors: free replacement or full refund within 30 days.
- Change of mind / fit: one free exchange or return within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items; you cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
